Description:Tall and gangly is Neo who was involved in a terrible accident as a child which required him to have robotic parts installed to keep him alive, he has two spots on each arm and is purple with white tips, plus his hair is always spikey due to the constant static that is flowing within him, he has a robotic tail, eye, & ear his left arm other than his hand is fully mechanical his shoulder is plated and has two metal plates on his jaw and head.he usually hides him self with hoodies.He also has a power ring on his forehead that changes color based on his emotion
